For this swap, you will use some of the scrap crap you have laying around to make something for your partner. This is senders choice. You can make an ATC, a notepad, knit a pair of socks, sew a small something, an ornament, a piece of mail art...the sky is the limit. Include a note or letter to your partner explaining what crap you used, or why you chose the project you chose.
