In this swap, we will all make 10 completely homemade envelopes. Each one must fit into one of the 10 listed categories. 1) use magazine or book paper to make the envelope 2) travel-themed 3) flower paper 4) cartoon 5)steam punk 6) music-themed 7) washi/deco tape-please use 3 (or more) different designs 8) rubber stamp 9) animal-themed 10) senders choice you can use any materials to create your envelopes the only rule per envelope is that you must create one for each of the 10 above categories. So for #3, the rule would be to use paper that had at least one flower on it for the actual envelope otherwise all the other details are up to you. On any of the categories that do not specify the paper to use YOU can do it however you wish provided it fits the category. First I read this as 10 PCs x 2. Then I saw qbee 's question and decided it was "make 10, send half to partner 1, half to partner 2" ... So which is it, fargoguy ?

This should be a type 3 swap, because it takes time and effort to make the envelopes. :)

@pobuffy it's hard for me to explain but if you would like you can google steam punk images to get an idea...I think of it as futurist 1800's. So things like hot air balloons with gears, old time watches and dress but with a futuristic like flare.

When do we get our partners, btw? I want to tailor-make mine to their interests but I also want to start and it's two days after sign-up. Well, at least where I live it is. ;)
