CSG: Life Verse Journal Cards ~ March 2016

A life verse is a verse from the Bible that you choose to be your most favorite verse. It is the one that you commit to memory to share with others.

For this swap, you will create 2 Life Verse journal cards for 2 partners on decorated 4" x 6" pages.

The way I make my cards is I take a blank 4" X 6" index card and I decorate each side with either a patterned piece of card stock or a solid piece of card stock and then embellish with a Life verse of your choice that speaks to you on one side along with other embellishments. You can decorate it by stamping, painting, drawing, adding flowers, etc. You may add stickers, but PLEASE no sticker-slapping. A "Life Verse" should be placed on one side, and the other side should be left blank for journaling. The cards need to be sturdy and well-made. They should need to be flimsy in any way and nothing should bleed through.

The shorter 4" side should have a space left near the edge for binding the pages together. DO NOT PUNCH the pages.
