Send 1 partner a notecard, write about something that happen to you that BRIGHTEN your day & put something flat in with it that you think might brighten there day, something flat like a postcard, a sheet of stickers, can cut to fit envelope, samples of washi tape, 4 at least 24 inches each, you get the ideal, Also you could write about a April fool's trick that someone pulled on you.

Will do this about every 2 weeks if there's 10 or more who join.
