A series of swaps to help newbies gain ratings. For this one you will send 2 blank note-cards each in an envelope to 2 different partners. That's a total of 4 blank note-cards all together. Must have well very filled out profiles and at least 3 rated swaps behind them. No recent, last six months, 1's or 3's. No flakers. Don't join if you can't send.
