This might work out better as a weekly swap sign up with a single partner every week & then the train doesnt get "stopped" when someone on the list either has to drop for some reason, or ends up being a flaker. It also makes for easier ratings... i wouldnt want to wait till after october for my 20 ratings to show up. and who wants to rate 20 people in one fell swoop... I mean who will remember if the train stopped in Iowa for 2 months because sultry jane got flebitis and was hospitalized for 6 weeks having her funny bone extracted.. or will give Sweet Jenny her 5 and a heart for getting it moving the very next day after she gets it? know what I mean? lol

The premise is awesome, but perhaps if it were run more like a sticker bag, friendship book swap... Then people can join in every week if they want, and also take a vacation when they need to... everyone starts their own envie of 5.. mails to their partner, and they save the one they get for the next weeks swap.. Then The next week, they just sign up and boom, train keeps moving.. everyone gets rated individually and noone is left hanging for 6 months for a rating!

What if you do it like sticker bags and just put a list for everyone to sign in the envi. So the sender will get 5 pc back. Just and idea. I like this btw l.
