  • Fill each pocket with some goodies - - stationery, paper ephemera, vintage ephemera, paper clips, small snacks/tea, washi tape samples, stickers, embellishments, ATC's, handmade items, smash supplies, pretty magazine cut outs, , small images/photographs, quotes, twine/ribbon, beads, pretty paper scraps/paper bits, card supplies, craft supplies, tags, doilies, rubber stamped images, post its; stamped images or stickers; embellishments; paper clips; bling etc.

  • Each goodie should be different. No one wants to receive all of the same items.

  • DON'T FLAKE ON YOUR PARTNER !!!

Discussion

I have a question regarding the decorating the back of the pockets - I typically add a backing paper to the front papers I use (I glue on a pretty back) but this doesn't create a pocket itself, so to speak. It just looks aesthetically pleasing when the PL is turned over. Is this acceptable vs. creating another cut out for the back side? I find that doing this tends to make the letter look a bit shoddy and adds bulk.

That is fine
