Fall Baking Challenge

We're going to do a fall baking challenge! This is a very time intensive swap, so don't sign up if you can't commit. If it's successful, I'll probably host more cooking/baking swaps.

So, here's how it works. Every week for eight weeks, there will be a themed baking challenge. You must make one recipe (that you haven't attempted before), photograph the results and send the photo, the recipe and your thoughts on the process, why you choose that recipe and whether or not you would bake the item again, to your partners via email. Emails must be sent weekly, but can be sent on any day, so long as your partners receive one email each week corresponding to the theme.

The themes are as follows:

Week 1: Savory Breads

Week 2: Sweet/Dessert Breads

Week 3: Cakes

Week 4: Foreign Desserts

Week 5: Cookies

Week 6: Tarts and tortes

Week 7: Pies

Week 8: Free Choice
