Description:
Stamp an image on your ATC using one color of ink pad. Stamp the same image on piece of scrap cardstock. Using a punch of your choice, punch out an area you would like to hightlight Now color your punched out piece. Mount the colored piece onto your ATC. You can add any embellishments you want. Be sure to add a sturdy backing to the ATC.
