Scrappy Critters (TheLittleInk - Scrap Monsters)

I have become so addicted to “Scrap Monsters” from TheLittleInk and have gone overboard with mine – adding little buttons, bows, ribbon and other misc. random pieces.

We all have some of those little bits laying around that we just can’t seem to get rid of because we just know we will need them! Well here’s your chance to use them up. Below you will see the original video from TheLittleInk creator of “Scrap Monsters” and 2 other how-to videos.

For this swap you will have one partner that you will swap 5 ~ Little Critters with. Trust me it’s easier than it sounds as these are so easy to make and addictive! Please use cardboard for the base of each “Critter” – cereal boxes, granola bars, medicine boxes, soda box, whatever random box you have = use it for the base. You can create your own shapes and designs for each critter (there are lots of shape ideas on the internet). Please make each critter unique and different – change their face, color, add arms/legs/horns and leave some without – the sky is the limit!

Paper scrap, washi tapes, fabric scraps, yarn = all can be used

After you complete your Critter please add a blank sheet of paper to the back with “Scrappy Critter” - your name - Swap-bot id - date and actually signing the Critter is always appreciated.

This swap is sender choice and not profile related though it’s always nice to look at their profile to see if they have a special color they like. Though since I know a lot of you will begin your Scrappy Critters before the sign-up date deadline you might not be able to do that and that’s okay.
