WIYM: Annual spOOky13series: Washi/1 partner

Is this spOOky? Not really. Not in "that" sense anyway.

Annually, I do a 13 series. This year is Washi.

13 x Washi = Frun!

1. One partner

2. Send your partner 10 Washi samples that are 13 inches long.

3. Next, send your partner 3 samples that are 7 inches long but these 3 samples have to, must, be samples that you generally don't swap. They must be some of your candy, stuff that you don't generally swap. Yes, that tape. Thats why its only 7 inches long.

4. Send in a envie that is decorated. Doesn't have to be over-zee-top, nor any theme. Just frun mail. BUT NO STICKER SLAPPING.

5. One tape must be Halloween theme.

6. No more than 3 tapes from the dollar store please.
