Who loves science? Maths - physics - biology - chemistry - zoology - botany - geology - neurology - psychology - medicine - computing - electronics - astronomy - linguistics - history of science - behavioural science - game theory - more - Send cool science flat mail consisting of three parts: ONE physical component, e.g. a fossil postcard, a clipping or print-out of a scientific article in a language your partner understands (or a transltion thereof), a page from a virology textbook, a meteorological map... Copies are fine, some of us still need our textbooks! ONE personal component: Explain what science(s) you love and why. Tell your partner a bit about your relationship with science. Are you an armchair scientist? Do you work in a lab? Do you collect and identify shells? Are you a retired science teacher? Do you programme your own apps? Tell us, we're interested! Pop it in a flat envelope and decorate that envelope in a scientific theme. If you can find science stamps, all the better! All questions, corrections and clarifications are welcome below. Some Questions :)

Can some (not all of course! :)) of the paper science objects in the 1. part be in a language my partner doesn't understand, if I translate everything on it?
And can it be any interesting paper science object we find or should it refer to the personal science component mentioned in the 2. part?
And are the pages from books supposed to be copies or ripped off pages? (Because I don't want to rip off a page in my books, but a copy would be no problem :) )

Yes, if you translate, why not? As long as your partner understands, it doesn't matter.
No, it does not need to relate to YOUR science. I'm a physicist but I will probably choose a neurology article.
no need to tear pages out of your textbook or journal. A photocopy is just fine. It's the science we're interested in!
