Flat Rate box of fun [US Only]

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING UP!

I was going through my art supplies, and noticed I have an overwhelming stack of stuff, not getting used! So, I decided to trade for stuff that I will use! I was in a swap similiar to this previously, and it was so much fun. I want to do it again!

What to send: Send items you ALREADY have. You do not have to go out and buy new items (although, you can!). While you are sending items you already have, do not send JUNK/GARBAGE. Only send things you would like to receive in return. This swap is for crafty people and crafty items, so please make sure you can fill a flat rate box with said items, and please make sure you are willing to accept a box of said items. TRY to include some stuff from your partners profile. I know this may be a bit hard because you are going by stuff you already have. But if you have stuff your partner is requesting, please send it along! Please do not send anything your partner specifically states he or she does not like/want. Box should be the smaller flat rate box, which size is 11" X 8.5" X 5.5". You can get this free at your local post office.

CAN I SEND NON-CRAFTY ITEMS? You may include non-crafty items, only if it is a requested item on the persons profile or you PM them and they give you direct permission. For example. On my profile I have a list of candies/sweets I like. So, sending me some of those candies would be OK. However, I don' mention anything about bubble baths on my profile, so don't send bubble baths without PM'ing me first and asking.

Your box MUST be full. You must fill a flat rate box to the brim. It should be so full that it's hard to close. Not doing so, will result in receiving a lower rating. If you can hear things rattling around, chances are it's not full.

You MUST purchase Delivery Confirmation for your box. (You can get free delivery confirmation if you print your label from usps.com) With the holidays coming up, packages tend to go missing. So, Delivery confirmation will provide you with the ease of mind knowing your package has been shipped and if there are any problems, the post office will take care of it. It would be a good idea to send your partner the delivery confirmation so they can track it, but this is not required.

Things you need to have in your profile: Please have a list of likes and things you collect in your profile. Please have a list of things you dislike and/or don't need. Please have a list of things you are new to and want to try. (Example, if you have never had a whimsy jar or ATC, put that in your profile and maybe your partner can help by sending you that!)

Requirements: You must have a 4.9 rating, and been rated in at least 10 MAIL/Materialistic swaps. Emails and postcards do not count. You may not have any no 1's in the last 12 months, and no 3 ratings in the last hree months. Sorry, but we are not accepting newbies in this swap due to high value of each swap. You must have logged on swapbot at least 3 days prior to partner assigning.

Ratings: Rate fairly. Please give your partner a 1 if you do not receive anything. Please give your partner a 3 if you receive your swap package but it was late with no communication, or it did not meet the swap requirements. And please rate a 5 if the partner sent their swap package on time and it met all the requirements of the swaps. Hearts are at each persons discretion. However, if a person went out of their way to try and match your profile wants, please show courtesy to them!

Swap Information Inside your package, easily findable, please include a note or some sort of card with the following information: Your USERNAME @ Swap-bot, and the name of the swap. Please make sure it is easy to find in the package, and that it is easily readable. If you do not receive proper credit due to not including this information or it not being readable, there is nothing I can do about it.

PLEASE REMEMBER that these are items we already have. Therefor you may receive used items. However, you should not receive dirty junk items.
