its any charm, i dont think some one will flake and yes its one single charm , and its not profile based at all

TC thank you for your concern. Seeing as your not my swap partner it's none of your business, but since you have been so rude and pointed out my late swaps on a public post rather than being polite and sending the host a private message or contacting me with your concern. I will let you know I have been sick as well as having a very sick child and partner and between 5 and 10 kids in my home during the kids winter break due to another situation which again is none of your business. If you would have taken the time to read my profile you would see that I have participated in almost 300 swaps have a perfect rating and have even hosted swaps and have never flaked. Since your not even a participant in this swap I will say it again, mind your own business and get a life instead of being a nosey bully my partners have all been informed of my situation and have been very kind which I assure you is not a word I would use to describe you
