Ribbon Dotee Doll

In this swap we are going to make a dotee doll (6 inches) but instead of a tail we are going to be making a skirt full of ribbons, laces ,trims and/or pearls no longer than 10 inches (check the picture to get the idea). Also we are going to make a handle. The colors are going to be neutrals, that means, white, cream, beige, tan or a mix of them. Also put some embellishments , do something very special.
