Description:

This is a swap for all the poetry writers out there!

For this swap you will send your partner one poem that you have written, along with a letter telling your partner what this poem means to you and why you wrote it. You will also be sending your partner one ink pen and a blank journal for their own future writing endeavors.

This is a wonderful way to share your creative side with fellow swappers and the perfect way to meet up with others who share a passion for writing poetry!

RULES OF THIS SWAP

This swap is open to both US and International participants!

If you have a rating, your rating must not be any lower than a four and you must not have more than two no sends. If you have any questions about this, feel free to send me a message through Swap-Bot.

Newbies with no ratings are welcome to join ( with a completed profile ) but if you join, you are joining and commiting yourself to sending out a swap! You wouldn't like to be on the non-receiving end of a swap and neither will your partner!

Anyone not meeting these requirements will be banned from this swap! I will be checking profiles periodically and I will check them once more before assigning partners to make sure no one with a bad rating or alot of no sends sneeks in at the last minute.

This swap has a quick turn around time ( 10 days from the day your partner is assigned to your send out date ) because you can easily put this swap together without knowing your partners name.

Happy swapping everyone!

i just thought i would share my poem i plan on using! It is my best poem i have ever written..in my humble opinion!

BARE INNOCENCE I love to watch you sleep, as your eyelashes flutter On your cheeks, softly, dancing like snowflakes You whimper, moaning as you toss and turn Your body heats me, no need for a blanket I watch your chest rise and fall And push my lungs to follow your relaxed rhythm I watch your lips as you lick them wet in your sleep The muscles in your face clench and relax I want to touch you, to let you feel me Yet I hold back, just to watch and learn Learn what you look like When all the stress is gone When all that is left is what you always try to hide The innocence I always see Beneath your hardcore shell That I only see completly When I watch you sleep
