SS: Tie dyed ATC

I love tie dyed anything!! And there are two ways to make these. They're really simple, fun to make, you probably have supplies on hand and you get to color!

Here's what you need:
Coffee filter, sharpies or washable markers & spray bottle of water (alcohol if you use sharpies) I've used sharpies because there are more colors to choose from.

Next:
Lay your filter on a mat and start coloring until your filter is covered. After you've colored it spray it with your water or alcohol and watch the tie dye effect begin. After it dries glue two ATC blanks (or more), but you will need 2 for this swap.

Final step:
Take one of your ATC's and do your thing! Make something you would love to receive. Stamp on it, add some Bling, just do your best work. Leave your second background blank and send it to your partner for them to use.

Breakdown:
Make a tie dyed coffee filter, glue your filter on at least 2 ATC blanks for the background. Create your work of art on one & leave one blank. Send both to your partner. This is a group swap & I don't foresee any flaking occurring, but I will angel if it happens (it won't). Life does happen, communication is important, so if something happens let your partner know!

ETA: Tissue paper will work if you don't have coffee filters. Don't oversaturate with markers or it will tear. Also, using Modge Podge as your glue and putting a coat over top to seal works great.
