This swap is very simple and also newbie friendly. I’m a newbie here on Swap-bot myself. Everyone has a bunch of alphabet stickers lying around that they haven’t used, or will probably never use. Why not get rid of any excess you don’t need and get a surprise swap of ones you may have never seen before? If you’re a scrapbooker, then you know what I mean. I use mine for cardmaking, mail art, etc. All you have to do is go digging through your alphabet stickers that you’ve had lying around forever, (I personally have a drawer full that is about to literally overflow!) cut them apart from the sheets they’re on, toss them into a size #10 envelope and send them to your partner. They can be alphabet/letters stickers or numbers—but please, NO rub-ons. The dimensions for size #10 envelopes can be found here: http://desktoppub.about.com/od/envelopes/ig/Envelope-Styles/Commercial-Envelopes.htm You will get only one partner. I’m making this USA only because shipping will be less expensive. So, everyone is welcome to sign up for this swap, as long as you’re from the USA. It doesn’t matter the size of the letters you send, but send about 30-40 per envelope, to give your partner a good selection of what you have. Basically, if you have to use more than a 42 cent stamp, you CAN, but you’re not required. Send something that you yourself would like to receive. Don’t send any ripped, torn, or partially missing letters, and try to send a varied selection of letters, as well---for example: don’t send an entire envelope of nothing but “Z’s†and “R’sâ€. Let me know if you have any questions! ïŠ Thank you and happy swapping! |
