WLB it means do not write on it or anything. Just plain like you just bought it.

No. Naked means sent without an envelope.

I looked it up. The others I found said to address the postcard, write a message and put a stamp on it. I added my WLB and swap name on the side of the postcard. If it is incorrect I will immediately send another.
