Healthy Recipe for the Journal

My journal just has text with it right now. It seems that it would be easy to create a simple page that includes a recipe from one of the members here in the group.

Keep it a flat mail adventure, so no extras. Flat mail is one stamp for either stateside or international. Sender's choice on the recipe, yet, it should be healthy for everyone to use.

Use either a colored paper or cardstock that measures about 5x7 so it can be glued in your partner's journal. Keep it one-sided so no information gets lost.

Send on time. Rate when you receive. Remember, sender's choice, so if you don't like the recipe, send it along in another swap to save your partner's work and good intentions.
