Well it is called a rating booster. Maybe they are trying to do better and leave that flaker reputation behind.

Ad cards are just any free postcard that you have for any type of advertisement for anything.

postcards need to be some type of advertisement for some type of business, attraction, or some type of celebration. I hope this helps.
