For this swap you will create 1 Steampunk themed ATC for 1 partner. Please be creative and generous with your designs. I will give ample time to create and send after partners are assigned. Please do not slap on a bunch of stickers and call it an ATC. Be artful. Please remember to include your username and the name of the swap along with your ATC. Also be sure to wrap and protect your ATC from damage during shipping. If you receive a steampunk ATC, please rate a 5. If it is extra special or more than one ATC is included, please rate with hearts! This is a swap open to anyone with a willingness to participate. PLEASE do not flake. I can angel if needed.
