For those of us not in the US: a number 10 envelope is the one that's roughly 9x4 inches, right?

Is that a standard size envelope? Our standard envelopes are 110x220mm. Would this be equivalent? This swap sounds interesting. Is it for paper you would use in crafts or things like interesting newspaper clippings, etc from your country?

Yes about 9x4 is right. A decent size envoleope is ok though. Its paper for crafts, though you can include anything you would like
