Decorated Papers

This is a private swap for those of you who commented that you would be interested in a hand painted paper swap. I hope you all join! If it is a success I will consider making a public/group swap. I could see a technique driven series as well :)

I almost always make my own backgrounds, or spend hours on the gelli plate cranking out prints. I find myself with a stack of really interesting papers that I have no idea what to do with. Now I do! There are so many ways you can make decorated papers. Here are a few ideas, but the ones you create are certainly not limited to these:

• painted (with Acrylic or watercolor)
• stamped
• using spray inks
• printed (as in the art, not computers)
• Marbling
• and seriously lots lots more

For this swap you will make and send each partner 5 papers. Feel free to send more if you are feeling inspired! Or have a lot to trade 😜 The papers will be more interested if you have more than one layer! The papers must be at least 5x7 (this makes 4 ATCs) but can certainly be larger. If it's larger than 6x9 folded is okay. If you receive 5 hand decorated papers please rate a five.
