The start of a new year is always a time of reflection on the past year and thinking about improvements for the next year. So let's resolve to go a little "greener" in 2009 with some reusable grocery bags. As group members, we surely all love food, so let's do our part to be a little more eco-friendly when we're grocery shopping and minimize using plastic bags! You will: Have 1 partner Mail 1 store-bought, reusable shopping bag Try to send one that is not widely available to your recipient (for example, most people in the US have access to Walmart, Target, etc., so let's try to send something different!) Send a little note with your package to make it a little more personal! Let's start off 2009 with a fun swap and hopeful wish for a healthier planet.

uhm ..probably a dumb question but with reusable you mean in any material such as fabric, strong plastic etc?

kizmet, it's a reasonable question! I do mean made of any material, just so we can avoid the disposable, one-use plastic (and paper) bags.

Sorry, I have to drop out of this swap, even though it sounds like a lot of fun. :-( I'm just really trying to cut back on my swapping because I'm spending way too much money!

does it matter it if insn't brand new and may of been used once or twice but still in Very Very good condition??

@Nicc79 , I would say that, if it's in "like new" condition, there shouldn't be any problem.
