Snowflake ATC and Surprise

Create a Snowflake themed ATC and send a little snowflake surprise in a decorated envelope ( you can decorate it or purchase it that way--just no plain white envelopes) to your partner. No sticker slapping.

Definition of a surprise for this swap is something like a sheet of stickers, a bookmark, some die cuts...little things. They should be themed to match the swap, however, no random bits of stuff.

You should have a good swapping history with at least 35 type 3 swaps, a well filled out profile and a 4.6 rating to participate. I reserve the right to ban anyone I deem risky to the swap.
