THC: 10 step ATC challenge #3

You will send one partner one ATC which you will make using the following steps. Some steps require specific TH material to be used and are in bold text so be sure you have them!

1 Grab or make a solid lightish colored porous ATC blank from your stash.

2 Prepare self and work area for potential messy stain to get on things. Use any color TH distress stain and bang it on your ATC blank. (click link for example)

3 Use another color TH distress stain and bang it again.

4 Repeat steps 2 & 3 as many times as you like with as many colors as you'd like. But make sure at least two bangs are very visibly seen, so don't cover the card with too many bangs!

5 Allow bangs to completely soak into the paper without using heat tool. The heat tool may spread the stain around and ruin the effect. Once there is no longer any pooled stain on the card, the heat tool may be used to completely dry the card.

6 Use any TH material which is a 1" diameter circle, you may alter this as much or as little as you'd like. Attach the circle to one of the very visible bangs in the same way shown in video so that the circle has a 'halo' created by where the stain has shot out.

7 Repeat step 6 with some different TH material which is a 1" diameter circle and attach to the other very visible bang.

8 Use any coordinating TH material to create a border around your ATC using any method you'd like.

9 Think of an emotion you felt while you were creating your stain bangs and use any method you wish to put that word on your ATC.

10 Attach a sturdy backing to your ATC which includes at least the ATC title, your username, and date.
