MAE: Rainbow Envies (Green, Blue, Purple)

I just thought of this and hopefully it will be a lot of fun. We will create envelopes, one for each color of the rainbow. [I will split it into two swaps because sometimes my post office wants to charge me over $3 if my mailing envelope gets too thick. It's cheaper therefore, to send two swaps.]

This swap is for a green envelope, an blue envelope,and a purple envelope. Please use scrapbook-type papers to make your envelopes. They can have other colors on them but must predominantly be the main color. They can be any theme (i.e., green trees, blue stripes, purple flowers).

If you're like me, you probably have lots of cool papers because you can't stop buying the paper pads when they're on sale at the local craft stores. I sometimes find scrapbook papers at thrift stores too.

• # of partners: 1
• # of envelopes: 3 (green, blue, purple)
• Minimum envelope size: A2 (4 3/8 inches by 5 3/4 inches), which fits a standard 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card)
• Labels: optional (please do not stick them to the envelopes; keep them separate).
