Note Card Pen Pals - International - Newbies OK

Although I love writing long letters to pen pals, sometimes I just want to write a quick hello when time is limited. I also have a TON of cute note cards I want to use! Let's send a note card introducing ourselves and full of writing, but not needing to add a separate sheet of paper. The idea would be your partner would write you back and start a new pen pal relationship via note cards! Please also decorate your card and/or envelope with stickers, stamps, drawings, etc so that it's extra special to receive. Store bought or nicely handmade ok. International, so allow time to receive your letter before rating. I've had international swaps take a month to arrive. Turnaround set at one week because it's not going to be a very long letter. No recent 1s/3s. Newbies welcome, but pretty please do not flake- it's really stinks to get flaked on. I will angel though, just let me know.
