CALC:July babies card and surprise

Do you have to be born in July? Or could you join in even if you're not? I would love to send out some birthday cards and gifts and my sister has her birthday in July so I could ask for tea for het? Would that be alright too?

She works as a school counselor at a school for kids who have troubled families and get in trouble on a regular base. She helped set up the school and is very passionate about it. She recently bought a house with her boyfriend of 6 years, they have an adorable cat together and she loves drinking tea. Her favorites are mint and the fruity kind of teas, but nothing with cinnamon in it :) You can send the mail to my adress, but just adress it to Tiffany De Deyn instead of my name. I will give the swaps to her on her birthday :) you will be rated when she opens them ;) (her bday is July 17, I will try to get them there around that time)
