Description:

I am continuing a series of Journal swaps from last year. You may join as many or as few as you wish. For these swaps, we are sending PAGES of a journal, not the full journal. It will help keep postage down, and prevent anyone from loosing their full journal.

Please take the time to fully read the whole swap and requirements! Yes, it's a lot.

This is an International swap, and a Type 3, as you should spend some time on your journal entries.

Requirements first: Before you join, you MUST meet these criteria, or you will be dropped from the swap:

You must have 5 completed, rated type 3 swaps, and you need to have a very well filled out profile, with no late swaps on your dashboard. If you have any 1's or 3's on your ratings, they need to be explained and cleared up, when at all possible. If you rating is below a 4.98, please contact me before signing up. Communication! :)

You MUST sign in to swap-bot within 2 days of sign up deadline, or you will be dropped. If you are unable to log in in that time frame, please send me a PM and let me know. Communication! :)

If I send you a PM, you must reply before partners are assigned. If I have a question about your swapping history, I need to know about this ahead of time! You guessed it - Communication! :)

This swap isn't profile based, so you can begin on it ahead of time. Sending on time is a must, and if for any reason you will be late, you need to contact your partner, and me (as host). Yes, Communication! again :)

OK! Now the Swap!

For this swap, you will be sending 3 journal entries to your partner. You may fit them all on one page, for postage reasons, but you may write as much as you wish, as long as you meet the minimum requirements. You may neatly fold the pages to fit into a standard sized envelope. Pages do not need to be mailed flat, again, for postage reasons. International journal swaps can be costly, and I'm hoping to make this possible for all those who wish to join. :)

You may type or neatly hand write the journal entries. You must complete all 3 parts of this swap You may continue from the front to the back of the page. On the top of the first page, please type or write the swap name (be sure to include the number!), your user name, and the date.

For each round you will send 1 page (minimum): You can send longer entries if you wish, but the MINIMUM will be 1 full page, typed or handwritten. It is broken up like this:

Part 1 will be a short biography of you, at least a half page, but it can be longer. This is your introduction, where you live, your likes, hobbies, etc. You don't have to get super personal, but don't be too brief.

Part 2 will be a journal entry of your day, at least 1/2 page long, again whatever you wish to share. If you wish to take more, that is fine. Please date your entry, though!

Part 3 This entry should be a FULL page, and can be the back side of the pager containing the first 2 parts. This entry will be a journal prompt reply. Choose 1 or 2 of the prompts below to write about:

Do you remember your dreams when you wake up? Are they usually happy or sad? What do you think they mean?

What was your last achievement? What about one from your close circle (family or close friends) that you celebrated?

Have you had - or are you planning - any special trips or vacations this year? If you could plan your 'dream vacation', what would it be? Where would you go?

This swap is not profile based, so you can start on it when you first sign up.

If you have any questions, please send me a PM with any questions or concerns.

You are not required to decorate the pages in any way, but you may decorate them if you wish, or use patterned paper. The requirements you need to meet are the 3 topics. If you receive your swap meeting requirements, please rate your partner a 5.

I will angel this swap, if you are flaked on, once you have contacted your partner, and rated a 1.

I call this series the Collected Journal because we can collect our journal pages in a binder or folder. That isn't a requirement, it is simply for you. You may join as many or as few rounds as you wish. Thank you to @AmericanHeriess and @draco for allowing me to build on your ideas to create this one. :)

If you have any questions, concerns or comments, please send me a PM. I don't check comments often, but do check my messages daily. If you have any questions or if you are new to swap-bot and don't yet have the required number of ratings, please send me a PM. Maybe we can work on a private swap, or I can pair you up with another new swapper.

As host, I reserve the right to remove anyone from the swap that I think will cause issues or drama, or has had issues in the past. I"m not a monster, I'm just trying to avoid problems.
