Description:
You will surprise your swap partner by sending your choice of theme. For example, apples, barns, sunflowers, other type of flowers, cupcakes, pick a farm animal to include cats and dogs, or anything to do with country life. Send 3-5 flat items to your partner! This can be stickers, note cards, die cuts, recipe if you picked a food theme, photo, postcard, bookmarks, for some examples! This isn't a hard swap because it is your choice of the theme! You can get this ready awhile!
