Description:
Take a normal wet baby wipe & fold it into quarters. Place several drops of 2 colors of reinkers that go well together onto the baby wipe. Now dab or pounce onto a sheet of glossy card stock. When dry, stamp or collage onto the standard 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 size ATC. You can do this technique on a full sheet of glossy card stock or just the ATC. Reinkers are the little bottles of ink you use to re-ink your stamp pad. Be sure to add a sturdy backing to your ATC.

Could you use alcohol ink? I don't have any re-inkers except for black.

The technique calls for reinkers but, I don't want you to have to go out & buy a couple bottles so, I would say yes you can use alcohol ink.
