International Snail-Mail Friend

We are making our way into a brand new year, and I thought it's a great time to make a new friend / find a new pen-pal.

For this swap, you'll sent one partner an introduction letter about yourself. Tell your partner a little bit about you (your hobbies, interests, what you do - are you in school, do you work, etc?, and anything else you'd like to share.) Maybe you'd like to share your plans/hopes/dreams for 2019. Just some ideas...

Your letter should be about one page long, either handwritten or typed, whichever your preference.

(For reference, a one page letter will be considered one 8 1/2 x 11 size paper. Please keep this in mind if you're going to use smaller paper, to add an additional sheet. It can certainly be longer than a standard page if you'd like, that's up to you.)

To make this cheerful, include a flat surprise of your choice (stickers, bookmark, artwork, etc.), and include it with your letter to your partner. Your envelope may be store bought or handmade, and decorated if you'd like to add some extra cheer.

To join this swap:
- Must have a well filled out profile. If your profile has two or three short sentences, you WILL be dropped from this swap.
- NO 1's or 3's within the last three months.

So, for a quick recap:
- You will send ONE letter to ONE partner.
- Your letter should be one 8 1/2 x 11 page (or the equivalent) long (or longer).
- Include a flat surprise of your choice.
- Decorate your envelope any way you'd like - it can be plain, painted, drawn on, have stickers, just about anything creative of your choice, OR you can use a handmade envie.
- Remember that this swap is INTERNATIONAL, so please keep that in mind.
