ATC Newbies and unrated members and anyone else.

One ATC to two partners. An ATC is a 2 1/2" X 3 1/2" STURDY base(playing card, cereal box etc.) background that you build upon with a background made of paper,paint,or anything.Google ATCS FOR MORE INFO you can look at your partner's file for their likes and dislikes. Not nice to send something the really don't want.

PLEASE.....list on the back of your ATC .... Your screen name...(your real name only if you wish) Your swap group......many people could belong to other groups/swap Name of swap Date Titile of art If you plan on doing this long term then it's a good habit to get into.Like I mentioned, many people belong to several groups and are doing several swaps at a time and the info makes it easier to be able to correctly rate your partner. Imagine getting 10 ATCs in the mail from different groups with no info.They ALL have a butterfly, a flower, a bee,a tree ,a bird. One could be a bird swap. But which one? ONE could be a butterfly swap?a bee swap? They all have the same things.You would have to go to each swap to the names of the people to match the ATC.lot of work.whew.!

Also to those of you that use craft/ elmers glue or hot glue, please be aware that surfaces that are slick will not adhere.Coins rocks marbles etc. The only playing card that will adhere are the professional or bicycle playing cards. They have tiny tiny pockets on the surface that will hold the glue, if it is covered thinly and completely. Regular cardstock will hold glue but it is not thick enough for a base.

If you receive your ATC that is post marked on the send by date please rate a 5. Do not rate down of you don't like the technique.Remember these are newbies. Some may be wonderful some may show signs of struggle. Do not rate down for that.
