We all have PACKAGING TAPE RIGHT? Let's be more creative as what to use it for … I am tired of winter! So for this swap … It will be a SPRING THEMED postcard!!! Rules for the postcard: 1.It has to be made from packaging tape! The clear kind. Put flat items in so that you can still see through your postcard--very important!
