Jigsaw Puzzle Letter #2

This swap was so much fun the last few times I did it so I thought I'd host my own version in our group.

Take a jigsaw puzzle between 25 and 100 pieces, and assemble it. A good place to find cheap puzzles is Dollar Tree or Dollar General.

Once your puzzle is put together, toss out the box or use it for another craft. Then write a letter to your partner on the back of your jigsaw puzzle (the plain cardboard side). Sharpies work well for this.

Then take apart the puzzle thoroughly and toss the pieces into an envelope and send it off to your partner. They'll have to assemble the puzzle to read your letter. Don't forget to include the name of the swap and your username. Have fun!

Tip: After you've assembled your puzzle slide it onto something flat like the back of a sheet pan or a cutting board. Then place another sheet pan or cutting board on top and flip over, sliding the puzzle back onto your surface. This prevents a lot of frustration with crumbling puzzles. :)
