USAPC: Let's Make a Glue Book!

Hi crafty swappers!

For this swap, you'll be creating a glue book for your partner. What's a glue book? According to the Mixed Media Club, a glue book is a set of collaged pages put together in a 'book.'

Here are the instructions from the Mixed Media Club:

• find (or create) a book or booklet

• find some glue

• find some stuff to glue

• glue like there's no tomorrow!

So . . . for this project, you might create a booklet using 4 flat pages . Fold the pages in half, giving you a front cover, a back cover, and 14 pages on which to create glued collages. You may bind the pages together however you choose--staples, sewing, punched holes with twine/ribbon, etc. If you'd prefer using an actual soft cover book as your base, that's also fine. Just make certain you have the same number of pages. Let's shoot for glue books that measure between 4"x6" and 5"x7" (slightly larger is ok).

You may include any images you like in your glue book--large, small, or in-between, (any paper goes) layered atop one another to create collages on each page. You may also create double-page spreads.
