Let's try another Bible journaling format for this next round in out series: a pocket letter/page. You will need a 9-pocket card holder page. These are readily available via Amazon, gamer/baseball collector stores, office supply stores and even Dollar Tree. Packages of them generally come in packs of 10, 25 or 50. Please don’t stress about this if you don’t have one. Post below and I’ll mail one to you. Examples can be found at Bible Journal Love and Rebakah R. Jones or via videos on YouTube from Janette Lane and Creative Crafticality. Pinterest offers dozens of other examples. You’ll make 9 themed cards (no larger than 2.5x3.5 inches – that’s the size of a baseball card, a standard playing card or an ATC). One will be a title card with the name of the theme and include a note or letter to your partner. The other eight cards will relate to the theme you choose. At least two pockets should have a little tuck-in surprise for your partner. These can be stickers, a prayer, a Scripture, etc. You do not need to decorate your backs. Pick a Theme To make this a little easier, especially for first-time pocket pagers, here are some suggested themes:
You can pick one of these or come up with your own theme. If this swap goes well, future ones can have a specific theme to follow. I have a few in mind already, but please post your ideas below. What will I do with the cards I receive?
