Finally Use Your Randoms

I didn't see a swap like this being held, so I apologize if I've made one similar to one already going on, please let me know and I can cancel.

I have so many random greeting cards/note cards from sets that I have no use for and wouldn't make sense to send to just any random person.. for instance, I received a few greeting card sets that had multiple Father's Day cards and since they don't really suit my father, I won't be using them an they just kind of... sit there. So, I'd like to re-purpose these random cards by sending them to someone else with something nice written inside like intros to each other, or you can include a recipe, a rant, something you're happy about, a confession, talk about your animals... whatever you feel like saying. Basically, taking a card that is meant for some random occasion and using it as though it was a generic card, giving it a different purpose... any kind of card at all.... got a Mother's Day card you have no intention on filling out and sending to someone? Treat it like it's not, be a rebel.

Just be sure to use discretion when writing something out in your card for your partner. Keep in mind that some people don't want anything religious sent to them, if it's a recipe be sure that it works with your partner's diet (vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, soy-free, etc... simple is always best). If you are unsure, ask them!

I will use my discretion with ratings. I know the math behind specific ratings can make someone appear in worse shape than they actually are, and that things like having something happen in your personal life, something getting lost in the mail, partners who cannot be pleased, etc. can affect your rating and even if you've spent time making up for it, your rating can still be lower than you'd want. I will be filtering, so rest assured :).

Two partners, one card to each partner. Cards can be with separate envelopes or the type you fold, seal and have the envelopes on the back/built in (not postcards). Please ask if any clarification is needed :).

Please be kind when rating. If you don't receive your card within a week or two (depending on how far it has to go), then reach out rather than assuming that you've been flaked on. Most participants on Swap-Bot want to see their partners happy and things happen that are beyond their control, so please consider that.
