AACG: ATC with a Torn and Tattered Flower

I am completely entranced with this type of multi-layered, "shabby" flower and could make them all day long. Let's make an ATC for our partner that includes one of these torn and tattered multi-layered flowers. You can do as this artist has done, and make the flower the focus of the ATC, or you may certainly use a small version as a accent...an embellishment...for a more detailed ATC. Not all the layers need to be paper; in fact, some lace, maybe some easy-to-fray fabric, and (of course!) a button for the center will take this flower to an amazing level.
