Let's see why everyone joined Swap-bot ?

HI. Please encourage swappers to contacts their partner before rating a one/3. Many times the swap is lost. ONes and 3's suck and should only be given after the swapper has been contacted. Happy swapping.

kittyhahahotbot I know the feeling because I have a 1 but this is a very easy swap for no reason for it to get lost your needing to put extra postage so it will go in the mailbox very easy and if anyone is afraid of losing their letters than it's up to them if they want to put tracking on it, that's another reason why I did it before the holidays because the post office can be hacked during the holidays.

I made an error when I was typing there is no need for extra postage at all you will only need a stamp that's all if you have a lot and feel like you need extra postage I recommend going to the post office.

Although it is a lightweight swap, I agree with @kittyhahahotbot that everyone should first contact their partner if they don't receive before just rating a 1. All types of mail goes missing - mail with tracking, postcards, packages - so I feel that it's better to first contact your partner. Just my thoughts.

@USAFwife I know the feeling about the 1 or 3 ratings I have one and mine had tracking and it still never got to the person it has been over a year and I just redid it again I am just very strict about rating people because a lot of people have been joining and flaking at sending there swaps

@cmalaina I would HIGHLY recommend reaching out to folks BEFORE rating a 1. I was a PTF and have seen ALL kinds of stuff happen to mail for "no reason". Assuming the PO will get stuff where it needs to go is not reality in every case. I got a letter with one stamp 22 days after it was sent from a town 14 miles away. There was a person in MN that kept a storage container full - with 10,000 of pieces of mail she was supposed to deliver and on and on and on. The idea to send with tracking is not feasible. WHo is going to spend $3+ to mail something simply so we don't get a "1". I was going to join this swap..but I just KNOW mine will get lost. Again...in my humble opinion - no 1's or 3's without reaching out first.

@auntiejo I can understand where you're coming from but I have been seeing a lot of people flaking and I am not accepting any more issues and lies so I am being very strict about my ratings

Remember Friday is the last day to send out letters
