BTH: Herb of the Month ATC - Sept: Strawberry

Each month, in addition to my oracle reading for the month, I draw an herb from Siolo Thompson's Hedgewitch Botanical Oracle deck. That herb is one I focus on and, if available to me, work with for the month. The artistry in her book inspired me to make an ATC series around my monthly herb draws.

This month, I drew the humble but delicious strawberry!. So, create one ATC for one partner featuring the strawberry. Your ATC may be stamped, hand drawn or painted, mixed media, collaged, etc. It may not be sticker slapped or have a stamped image glued to a simple background and called a day. Please put effort into this to truly celebrate this herb and make your partner happy.

You'll have one partner and create one ATC for them. ATCs must meet the following criteria:

• ATC size is 2.5x3.5" (64x89mm)

• ATCs must be created using a sturdy base. If it flexes easily, it's not sturdy enough. Bristol board, acrylic paper, thick cardstock, etc. are all acceptable bases - printer paper or scrap paper are not.

• ATCs must be sent in a protective sleeve or envelope.

In a Nutshell

• Create one ATC that meets the criteria listed above, that celebrates the strawberry.

• ATC may be either profile or landscaped orientation. Sender's choice.

• You may use any media you wish - collage, mixed media, stamped, hand-drawn or painted, etc. Please put your best effort forward!

• The art form is sender's choice, so you can start at any time.

• Include a note and make sure that you annotate your name, username, and swap name on the back as well.

• Include a note with your name, username, and the swap name.

• Send on time. Rate promptly upon receipt. Sending late without communication warrants a 3 rating and removal from the group. Not rating or having to be chased for a rating also warrants removal from the group. Communicate and rate.

• Rate according to the Swap-Bot Rating Criteria. Failure to rate your partner or to rate correctly will result in your removal from this group.

• If you are going to be late sending, make sure you let your partner and me know prior to the send-by date.
