Made by Raven ................................This is a challenge swap ............................ `And it's different that what we usually do...` Too make things easier after partners are assigned I will email everyone the address of who to send your atc kits too and then all then once they are made everyone will mail them back to the sender... 1..For this swap... Once partners have been assigned you will send your partner enough stuff to make 1 atc 2...Your partner will use only the items you send to make the atc 3...Your partner will then mail the finished ATC back to you The atc stuff must contain.... 1.. a finished or unfinished background of atc size or enough heavy material to make the card from... any stickers you want on it any embellishments you want added 4 ..any thing optional you would want them to use such as...ribbon, lace, buttons, words, pictures...anything else that usable on an atc Don't send just a background and a sticker ...Send stuff that can actually be used on an atc but make it a challenge for them to figure out what to do with it... Some or all of each item sent must be used... If you have extra and would like to make your partner another atc for hearts that would be OK..but only 1 is required Ink, Paint and Glue are only things you are allowed to use extra Please give a month or longer for your partner to send you the finished atc... Please rate only after you get the finished atc I have allowed Plenty of Time for this swap so everyone can do it I am adding this so everyone can see it..I hope no one drops out because of this... The tricky thing is I didn't realize it myself until Mordfiddle pointed it out that everyone will have to sent to the partner that you would rate instead of the partner you would normally send to..So when partners are assigned everyone will have to email their partner for their mailing address..But even with all the confusion I still think this will be fun to do... After the last day to sign up I am giving until March 19th to send your partner the things to make your atc out of...Then in the swap info I am asking everyone to give about a month before you expect your atc back..I set the March 19 date just to make sure everyone had sent the stuff to make the atc by..Really there is no set date to send the finished atc back by.....This swap is a little confusing especially for me... But I know it can work and be fun to not know what you are going to have to make an atc from...I still love a challenge

For the rating to be for the person who made the ATC, we would need to send the bits to the partner who is listed as the one who sends to us right? Not the partner assigned to us to send to. otherwise it doesn't work. Just an observation!

When partners are assigned you send the stuff to your partner ..They make your atc and when you get back the finished atc you give them a rating..At the same time someone sends you the stuff to make atc for your rating...

raven, one concern i have is the turnaround time, especially for international swappers.. if it takes ten days to get the supplies to me in australia, then ten to post it back.. you see the dilemma?

After the last day to sign up I am giving until March 19th to send your partner the things to make your atc out of...Then in the swap info I am asking everyone to give about a month before you expect your atc back..I set the March 19 date just to make sure everyone had sent the stuff to make the atc by..Really there is no set date to send the finished atc back by.....This swap is a little confusing even for me...

i would've loved to join, but it doesn't work with the ratings. you should've made it like this:

swapper A sends his stuff to his partner, swapper B. Meanwhile, swapper B sends stuff to swapper C and so on... then they make the atcs. swapper B doesn't send the finished atc BACK to swapper A, but sends it to HIS partner, swapper C. so the right person can be rated. of course you don't get the stuff you want on YOUR atc, but you can always comment as to what you want on it. i think that would be easier. =D just an idea =D

Yes this would have probably worked great but this is the way is for this time..Too make things easier after partners are assigned I will email everyone the address of who to send your atc kits too and then all then once they are made everyone will mail them back to the sender...

So I'm sending Vee my package of ATC materials tomorrow. Do I click I've sent my items now? Or when I send the ATC back to boatingbelle? That's the only part I'm confused by....this is so fun!

I am with Kim. About to send my kit off.. do I mark sent? or Wait till the completed atc is sent? Which will most likely be after the send date?? Liking this swap though :D

I'm a bit confused, I send my kit to my partner and then she makes it up and sends it back to me. Is that right???
