Just to be sure I understand everything well : - Does the PC have to be sent naked with stamps on it ? - Or PC (blank ? written ?) in an envelope with stamps on the envelope ? - Or stamps (new ? Used ?) in the envelope ? Thanks for letting me know before I join :-)

@LuneDePapier - PC has to be sent naked with Fish stamps, or any underwater creature Stamps on backside.
