Well its that time of year ya'll.....SUPER BOWL Sunday will be here on February 1st.....If you are like me then you are probably searching for a new recipes to try. We all get tired of making the same old thing. So lets swap appetizer ~ finger food recipes. The recipe needs to feed at least 4 people. It can be anything you enjoy preparing for the big game...

You will have 2 partners and email each one a recipe. You can send more if you'd like (for the extra points/hearts), but you will need to be signed up by January 23rd....time is getting close it's almost Kick-off time....

Buffalo Chicken Appetizer with Cucumber Ranch DressingPrep Time: 15 min Inactive Prep Time: 0 min Cook Time: 20 min Level: Intermediate Serves: 4 to 6 servings 3 pounds chicken breast, boneless Flour, for dredging Red hot sauce Cucumber Ranch Dressing, as an accompaniment, recipe follows:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut chicken breast into 2 to 3-ounce strips. Coat chicken with flour.

Bake for 7 minutes. Dip chicken in red hot sauce and bake for 12 more minutes. Serve with Cucumber Ranch Dressing. Cucumber Ranch Dressing: 3 cups mayonnaise 2 tablespoons sherry cooking wine 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 pound pineapple chunks 1 pint honey 4 tablespoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons black pepper 2 tablespoons white vinegar 2 medium cucumbers, diced Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 4 hours. Yield: 1 gal.

Great recipe Deb! I've got a few but I'm looking for some new ones so this is perfect. Too bad our team didn't make it though. :(
