TCHH - Let's get Organized!

I am wanting to organize my mail from swaps! I get my mail, open it, go threw it, and than rate!

I end up putting it on a pile for later, to take it apart! I have my postcards organized, but not the other things. My fear is I will send or use the item on the person that sent it too me!

Ok, write a letter or note explaining how you keep the things organized from what you get from a swap! How do you keep it? If it is Mail Art do you put it in a journal or scrapbook.
