Description:

It's starting to be the spring/summer and I am so in love with color and flowers and brightness! Let's do an ephemera swaps with all kinds of different bits and bobs sent in an envelope.

This time though, let's make it COLORFUL! I think we could ALL use a dose of brightness.

For this swap, you'll pick at least 10 colorful things to put into an envelope and send to one person - no need to reflect the person's profile. There's a list of ideas below, but feel free to be creative and to send anything you think is in good shape and interesting or visually appealing in some way. All the stuff inside should be bright and colorful and you'll agree to decorate the envelope with colorful things too (drawing/washi/stickers etc etc).

I'm all about recycling things you aren't using so it's ok if the sticker sheet has a few stickers missing or a card doesn't have an envelope. Just be sure it'd be something YOU would like to receive.

Ideas: - Postcards/Cards - ATC's - Book pages - washi tape - stickers of all kinds! - stamps - neat paper - pictures (vintage/odd/interesting) - playing cards - scraps of pretty paper - bookmarks - tea - origami - die cuts - coloring pages - tags/receipts - post it notes - book flags - embroidery - ribbon - textured paper - game pieces - dictionary papers - zines - postmarks - stamped paper - watercolor bits - doodles/zentangles

You get the idea!!!

I'll do a rating filter of 4.9 or higher. Enthusiastic newbies with well filled out profiles and a clear understanding of how Swap Bot works are welcome.

Please give 5's to anyone who gave you at least 10 things. Hearts are up to you.

'll do my best to be a good a host (e.g. angel/deal with flakers etc). But I am human and this is a strange time we are living in. Please be kind and generous with me and with one another.

One more hint: PLEASE CHECK YOUR POSTAGE! YOU MIGHT NEED MORE THAN ONE STAMP!

Most of all, have FUN and spread color!

So excited about this swap! I have lots of colorful stuff to share. Do they need to be 10 different items, or 10 in total? For example, if I have a few washi samples on a card, and some journal tags, does that together count as two or as 6? Thanks!!

I personally tend to err on the side of being more rather than less generous in these swaps. That said, it's open to interpretation. I'd focus on if it seems like something that would as an individual thing be fun for you to receive. Several washi samples on a card, I would think of as one item. Separate bookmarks I might think of them as separate (but that's just me!)

Makes sense, thanks! I always try to be generous in my swaps, just wanted to clarify the starting guidelines. :)
