Description: | |
I don’t know about you all, but since the lockdown, I’ve found that my routines and habits have changed drastically. Some of which I can’t wait to get rid of, and some that I’m keen to keep going with. Try and put more than a line or two in response to each prompt. The idea is to expand on your answers and get chatty. The idea is, for each prompt, to describe before, during, after – 1) what was it like before; 2) how (if any) has it changed; 3) how would you like it to continue – do you want to bounce back to pre-lockdown conditions, or do you want a ‘new normal’. 1) Work
2) Hobbies
3) Commute
4) Exercise
5) Eating habits
6) Self-care
7) Sleeping habits
8) Socialising/relationships – friends? Family? Dating? It might be worth just having a quick note to describe the restrictions in your country as they differ per country and it would help to allow understanding. For example, here in the UK in the full lockdown we could go out once a day for some exercise and couldn’t travel somewhere else to do this, so had to be close enough to our home, but in France they had to have written permission for any time they wanted to leave the house and could only go 1km away – two very different restrictions and would have an impact on the above answers. My first time hosting a swap, so please bear with me. Any suggestions on improvements will be greatly received – just drop me a message. I work full time and often long hours, so you might not get an instantaneous response. I can’t see that another swap like this is up, but apologies to anyone else who’s had the idea and done a similar swap. When rating please don’t just do a silent rate – add a comment to your ratings. Enjoy! |
