I am wondering if this might fall under Copy-write protections? I wouldn't want to see anybody get into trouble over that type of thing.

Sending an e-book? I saw another lady post a swap about e-books. They are the ones where you buy them on eBay and then that way you can resale them. Then there are some which are available online free.

I believe if it a free one with, perhaps a subscription sign up, but if it is purchased I would strongly believe it would be copy-written material. I know there have been swaps where the host thought it was ok to send digital stationery but, again, it is copy-write.

Swappers would have to be very cautious to avoid getting in trouble for that. It would be clearly posted in any material purchased.

Ok, thanks for shedding light on that topic. So you are saying sharing digital items can pose copyright issues. I have shared this information with someone else. I will edit the swap to mention that the shared items must be allowed to be shared.
